Welcome to the official website of the Niagara Falls Liberal Riding Association.
Our riding is comprised of the City of Niagara Falls and the Towns of Niagara-on-the-Lake and Fort Erie, Ontario.
The riding is managed by the Liberal Party of Canada and an Executive Committee comprised of citizen volunteers.
We invite you as a resident of the Niagara Falls Riding to make a positive contribution to your community and your country by becoming a member of the Liberal Party of Canada, volunteering for the upcoming campaign, or by making a donation.

“If we are going to achieve positive change for all Canadians, I need your energy and your passion. I need your idealism and your ideas. And most of all, I need your hope and hard work. This is an important moment for Canada. A better Canada is possible. Together, we will build it.”   JUSTIN TRUDEAU, LEADER, LIBERAL PARTY OF CANADA

This mixed urban-rural riding in southern Ontario runs along the Niagara River from Lake Ontario to Lake Erie. Parts of the riding are home to the grape-growing and wine-making industry. Tourism is a significant industry. In the 2006 census, 16.2 per cent of the 126,696 residents listed Italian as their ethnic origin, followed by German at 15.7 per cent. Average family income is $74,507 and unemployment is 6%.
Niagara Falls riding was created in 1952 from Welland riding. In 1996, a piece of Welland-St. Catharines-Thorold riding was added. In 2004, the western boundary moved from the Welland Canal to the Thorold town line and the southern boundary extended to Lake Erie.
